Creating Contact Information
How to create contact information
Contact information is created for the eGov site or for a department within the site in the custom folder. The contact information is context-sensitive; e.g., you get the contact information defined for the eGov site or department based on what you are currently viewing in the site. The are created in the same way whether for the site or for a department:
- Go to the site or department custom folder (/custom or /[dept-id]/custom)
- Edit the contact_info (Contact Information) page and add desired contact infomation
- Publish the page and the body text will appear in the Contact Information portlet on the right
Note: The Contact Information title can be changed if another portlet title is desired, but changing the id (short name) will cause errors.
